En el 2005 se lanza el disco Lullabies To Paralyze en su versión Limited Tour Edition la cual incluye el registro en vivo de "Live from Earthlink, Atlanta, 19-03-2005", que pese a su extensión reducida nos entrega buenos temas, pero sobre todo de alta calidad.

QOTSA - Over the Years and Through the Woods (DVD & CD version)

Sino el  mejor en vivo de QOTSA

En el 2005 se lanza este DVD repilatorio en vivo de QOTSA, en donde Alain Johannes se encarga de la producción, mezcla e ingeniaría. Además aparece junto a Natasha en las presentaciones del DVD, destacando especialmente el solo que toca durante la intro de Long Slow Goodbye.

Dato Wiki: La carátula esta formada por una variedad de letras "Q" estilizadas, que la banda ha utilizado en las portadas de los álbumes anteriores de estudio (azul de Rated R, rojo es Songs for the Deaf, y amarillo de Lullabies to Paralyze). La fuente del título fue tomada de la portada del QOSTA (1998)

Natasha Shneider - Discografía

Tras cumplirse pocos días del cumpleaños de nuestra querida Natasha, nada mejor que recordarla junto a toda su discografía.

Desde sus comienzos en los años 80`s en la Ex-Unión Soviética con su primera y revolucionaria banda "Black Russian", siguiendo con su paulatina transformación junto a su marido Alain Johannes en el proyecto "Walk The Moon" y posteriormente en la consolidada "Eleven", hasta su triste fallecimiento y concierto tributo de QOTSA & Friends.

QOTSA and Friends - In Celebration of Natasha Shneider

Como ya sabemos, el 16 de Agosto pasado se celebró un concierto en Homenaje a Natasha Shneider. A la cita organizada por Quens of the Stone Age asistieron, Kyle Gass (Tenacious D), Jesse Hughes (EofDM), Billy F. Gibbons, Chris Goss y Alain Johannes, muchos de los cuales participaron en las Desert Session 7 & 8 en las que estuvo Natasha.

La belleza vino a cargo de PJ Harvey y Brody Dalle (Spinnerette).
También se sumo la colaboración de Kun fu Panda Jack Black, donde tal y como lo hiciera en "School of Rock" trago el micrófono, escenario, público y todo a su paso! y el por si fuera poco, Matt Cameron quien fuera baterista durante el disco Thunk de Eleven.

Queens of The Stone Age - Alain & Natasha

Durante el año 2000 los miembros de Eleven ya se vinculaban poco a poco a QOTSA.

El majestuso fenómeno Rated - R contó con la participación de Johannes en la mezcla de "You're so Vague" y "Who'll be the Next In Line", éste ultimo también incluía a Natasha como tecladista.

Para esa época, Eleven giraba junto a QOTSA, como se aprecia en el siguiente recuadro.

En el 2002 se lanza Songs for a Deaf, album que cuenta con Hangin Tree  (escrita por Johannes en las Desert Sessions 7 & 8 del 2001) y con Everybody’s gonna be Happy, la cual fue mezclada y grabada por Alain.

En el 2005, QoTSA incorpora oficialmente a  Johannes en bajo-guitarra y Natasha en teclado-coros, con quienes graban Lullabies to Paralyze, co-escribiendo varios de los tracks como la conocida In My Head  proveniente de la Desert Sessions 9 &10  del 2003.

En Abril del 2007 se lanza Era Vulgaris, disco que cuenta con varios temas grabados previamente, como la melodiosa “I Wanna Make It wit Chu" coescrita por Johannes durante las Desert Sessions 9 &10 

Pero finalmente, antes del inicio de las giras promocionales del Era Vulgaris, Alain y Natasha deciden dar un paso al lado para dedicarse a sus proyectos personales. En sus reemplazos asumen el bajista  Michel Shuman y la tecladista Dean Fertita (The Waxwings, The Raconteurs) respectivamente.
